After a long and stellar career as a foundation executive, Barbara has joined forces with Bob to help service providers.  She served as the first Senior Program Office for The Kresge Foundation, where she provided leadership for twenty years.  She was the first Executive Director of The Gerber Foundation.   Barbara was the founding Chair of The Michigan AIDS Fund which, under her leadership, became a paradigm for such advocacy throughout the nation (please see "endorsements").  She has served many clients and helped not only to win many grants but to empower organizations for the future.

         Bob is a leader in professional fundraising education (a pioneer of certification), planned giving, and professional ethics (dubbed "Mr. Ethics" by many).  He enjoys facing the challenges that intimidate most people, and addresses them with clear thinking and courage.  He brings a diverse array of professional skill and experience to the table in addition to the usual elements of Development: planning, public relations, fund raising and marketing.  He is an internationally known performer, composer and arranger of Christian and concert music and a graphic-designer of signal accomplishment.    The range of clients he has served is vast.
